PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a flexible display device is provided to prevent degradation of an organic light emitting device due to plasma in an inorganic film deposition process by not performing an encapsulation process directly on the organic light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A first barrier layer(102) is formed on a first flexible substrate(101). A thin film transistor(103) is formed on the first barrier layer. An organic light emitting device(104) is formed on the thin film transistor. An encapsulation part which includes a base substrate(161) is formed on the first flexible substrate. A second flexible substrate(162) is formed on the base substrate.
