PURPOSE: A stack chip component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve connection between an internal electrode and an external electrode of the stack chip component by including a pad line pattern on the upper and lower sides of a stack unit. CONSTITUTION: A stack unit(120) is formed by stacking a plurality of insulation sheets. A conductive pattern(130) is made of conductive materials and is formed on the insulation sheet. A pad line pattern(150) is formed on the upper and lower sides of the stack unit. An external electrode(110) is combined with the upper and lower sides of the stack unit and is made of conductive materials. An internal electrode(140) is electrically connected to the pad line pattern.
