ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODDE DISPLAY AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic luminance diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a light-emitting layer having high pattern precision on a large size substrate by forming an organic layer of an organic light-emitting diode element by using Joule heat. CONSTITUTION: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) array, a first electrode, and a first related layer are successively formed on a first substrate. A heat generation element is formed at a location of a second substrate corresponding to a pixel of the first substrate. Organic luminescent materials are formed on the second substrate in which the heat generation element is formed. A light-emitting layer is formed by transcribing the organic luminescent materials on a pixel area of the first substrate. A second related layer and a second electrode are successively formed on the first substrate in which the light-emitting layer is formed.
