PURPOSE: The manufacturing method and device for the solution unveiling prevent variation of tension caused by the speed variation of a base by keeping a roller low inertia. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for the solution unveiling is as follows. Dope containing polymer and solvent is spread to a supporting unit(24) from a flexible die(22) and a flexible film(70) is formed. The flexible film is separated from the supporting unit and transferred to a tension device(42). The flexible film is reeled or dried. A tension control unit(36) is formed between the supporting unit and the tension device. The tension control unit steadily keeps the tension separating the flexible film from the supporting unit.
