摘要	PURPOSE: A soundproof wall and a manufacturing method thereof are intended to provide both soundproof effect and shock absorbing effect and to prevent environment contamination due to the recycling of a waste tire. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall(10) comprises a main frame(110), a tire wall(120), a fastener(130) and a bracket(140). The tire wall is formed by the stacking of a plurality of processed waste-tires(200). The fastener fixes the processed waste-tires and the tire wall to the main frame. For the fixing force between the processed waste-tires to be increased, the bracket is located on the facing surface of the processed waste-tires and is fixed by the fastener.
