PURPOSE: Catalytic agent for activating vehicle fuel, a method for manufacturing the same, and a catalytic device using the catalytic agent are provided to improve the activating efficiency of the fuel by increasing the contact area of the catalytic agent with respect to the fuel. CONSTITUTION: Inorganic-based raw materials are powderized(S10). The inorganic-based raw materials are composed of 86-94 weight% of illite, 4-1 weight% of magnesium oxide, 3-2 weight% of tourmaline, 4-2 weight% of titanium oxide, and 3-1 weight% of germanium. The powderized materials and a water-soluble inorganic binder are mixed and agitated with water to obtain a mixture(S20). A porous member is filled with the mixture(S30). The mixture-filled porous member is naturally dried at room temperature for a pre-set period of time(S40). The dried porous member is plasticized at high temperatures to obtain a catalytic agent(S50). The catalytic agent is cut into pre-set sizes(S60). |
