PURPOSE: A ballast water treating apparatus is provided to smoothly improve electrolyzing efficiency of ballast water by agitating the ballast water and uniformly mixing a sterilizing agent. CONSTITUTION: A ballast water treating apparatus includes a container and a plurality of rectifiers. A plurality of electrodes(12) is installed in the container for electrolyzing ballast water(2). Rectifiers are attached to an external side of the container. The rectifiers rectify power supplied to the electrodes. The rectifiers include a case and elements. The cases are integrated with one side of the container, and the insides of the cases are sealed. The elements are installed in the cases. |
