A multi-purpose work center tool for working with wood, metal and plastics requiring clamping, cross cutting, rip cutting, routering, bending work piece materials such as sheet metal or plastics and forming sealed enclosures in said sheet metal and plastics. The tool comprises of a welded steel Frame (1), a hinged bottom clamp (2), removable top clamp (3), a mechanism for applying pressure to the top clamp by means of two clamp screws (6), a removable bend bar/cross cut fence (4), with collapsible handles (8), bend bar lock and height adjust mechanisms (5), removable, multi-angle rip fence/ back stop and bend bar support brackets (17), (18) and top clamp supports (19), (20).
