The invention relates to a flexible rotor meant for electric motors capable to develop relatively high torques at low rotation speeds, which are motors made with axial air gap. According to the invention, the rotor comprises a flexible disc (1) made of cold rolled siliceous sheet, fixed, by means of a hub (2), on a shaft (3) which is, in its turn, supported by two sliding bearings (4 and 5), with a view to improving the magnetic circuit, after which the useful rotating magnetic flux is closed, on the surface of the flexible disc (1) there being fixed by adhesion a ferromagnetic gasket (6) consisting of a plastic tube having a thin wall (6a) and being filled with a ferromagnetic powder (6b), arranged on the surface of the disc (1) according to a plane helical path.
