PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pre-stressed steel composite girder is provided to easily arrange a hydraulic jack in a center of gravity of a girder, to introduce a compressive force by maximally utilizing advantages of non-adherence PSC steel wires, and to control the compressive force introduced to both end parts of the girder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pre-stressed steel composite girder is as follows. A segment girder comprises a first steel beam(110), a second steel beam(120), and a third steel beam(130). One end of the first steel wire is fixed to a fixing hole of third fixing anchorages(131,132) of the third steel beam by a fixture so that a first steel wire(151) is tensed up through a first tensing anchorage(115) of the first steel beam. One end of the second steel wire is fixed to first fixing anchorages(111,112) of the first steel beam by the other fixture so that a second steel wire(152) is tensed up through a third tensing anchorage(135) of the third steel beam. Lower casing concrete(170) is cured in each lower flange of the first and second and third steel beams in the state that a pre-flexion load is loaded to the second steel beam of the segment girder by a counterweight. A first compressive stress is supplied to the lower casing concrete by removing the pre-flexion load from the segment girder. A second compressive stress is supplied to the lower casing concrete by tensing up the outer end part of the first and second steel wires by a constant tensile force to outside and mounting in the first and third tensing anchorages. |
