Novelty: a door closer (door return mechanism) with controllable closure course. Constitution: a metal body 1, a ball bearing-upper friction 2, a ball bearing for axial loads-lower friction 3, a shell-rotor 9, a splined ring-splined 4 and a cam ring 7 all operating in combination with a hydraulic system composed of the rod 8, the piston 10, the flap valve 11, the screw connecting the piston to the rod 13, a plunger stopper 14, a closure course regulating valve 19 and a closure speed regulating valve 20; the contraction of the spring 15 in one axis and the controlled course of the door’s closure are achieved by combination of the splined ring-splined 4 with the cam ring 7 and through the assistance of the hydraulic system in question; furthermore, the linear movement of the known underfloor mechanisms is abolished. |
