PURPOSE: A seasoned laver composition containing sweet salt and seasoned oil with vitamin and green tea is provided to prevent the acidification of seasoned laver. CONSTITUTION: A seasoned laver composition contains 45wt% of dried laver, 38wt% of seasoned oil with vitamin and green tea, 2wt% of seasoned oil with vitamin and green tea with the better flavor, and 15wt% of sweet salt. A producing method of the seasoned laver composition comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials; setting the mixture ratio for the raw materials; forming sweet alcohol mixed aqueous solution; forming a sweet salt composition; forming a composition for the seasoned oil with vitamin and green tea; filtering the compositions to make a seasoning composition; roasting the laver and spreading the composition as a sheet; and cutting the laver before packaging.
