STRUCTURE CRACK CONSERVATION METHOD USING AUTO PRESSURE DEVICE

PURPOSE: A structure crack repairing method using an automatic pressing apparatus is provided to reduce a period for repairing a structure and conveniently perform a task. CONSTITUTION: A structure crack repairing method using an automatic pressing apparatus is as follows. A pedestal is arranged on a surface of a structure having cracks with a predetermined(S10). A rapid hardening mortar is extruded along the cracks of the structure by using an automation pressure apparatus so that a wale having a constant width and length is formed(S20). The extruded and spread on the surface of the structure is cured for about 2 to 3 hours so that the pedestal is fixed and the wale is hardened(S30). A repair material injector is arranged on the pedestal and a repair material is injected into the cracks. The injected repair material is cured for a day(S40). A mortar hardening material is removed so that the wale and pedestal is removed from the surface of the structure(S50).
