PURPOSE: A sea water discharging apparatus of jack up vessel is provided to discharge seawater through the connection line connecting the jetting line and outlet of seawater. CONSTITUTION: A sea water discharging apparatus comprises a connection line(40) and a connecting valve(41). The connection line is attachably and detachably connected to the outlet of seawater(10) and the jetting line(20). The outlet of seawater discharges the seawater used in the jack-up ship(S) as the cooling water. The jetting line is installed inside the jack-up leg(L) and spreads seawater to reduce adhesive force between the lower end surface of the jack-up leg and marine soil. The connecting valve is installed on the connection line and opens and closes to connect the connection line and jetting line.
