[Problem] To provide a means for preventing blocking in adhesive resin pellets, which are used in adhesives. Further, to provide a means for preventing blocking in adhesive resin pellets which are more adhesive and are used in adhesive tape. Additionally, to provide a means for preventing soiling when an adhesive sheet is made and preventing contamination of the body to which the adhesive sheet adheres. [Solution] A method of manufacturing adhesive resin pellets comprises an addition step for adding an anti-blocking agent to water, an extrusion step for melting an adhesive resin and extruding the same in the water, and a cutting step, subsequent to the extrusion step, for cutting the adhesive resin that has been extruded in the water so as to make adhesive resin pellets, the method being characterized in that: the anti-blocking agent comprises fine polyolefin particles; the average particle size of the fine polyolefin particles is at least 1 μm and less than 18 μm; and the adhesive strength of the adhesive resin is less than 15.00 N/25 mm. |
