<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing organic isomalto oligosaccharide is provided to change clearness and taste of a product(isomalto oligosaccharide) and to enhance productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing organic isomalto oligosaccharide comprises: a step of mixing 100 weight parts of organic rice flour, 150 weight parts of water, and 0.2-0.4 weight parts of liquefying enzyme and inputting the mixture; a step of heating at 90°C for one hour and heating 100°C for 10 minutes and cooling; a step of adding 0.3 weight parts of mycolase LV and heating for one hour; a step of adding 0.2 weight parts of TG-500 enzyme, heating at 65°C for 12 hours, and 100°C for 40 minutes, and cooling; a step of pressing for filtering; a step of filtering again and supplying crude liquid to a concentrate tank and heating at 80°C; a step of concentrating and packing.</p> |
