<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power tool suspending attachment which effectively prevents fall of an electric power tool even when a connecting member is loosened or broken, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This suspending attachment 30 for the electric power tool mounted to a housing of an electric power tool 1 having an output shaft 21 projected from a distal end of the cylindrical housing 10 extending in the front-back direction includes: a ring-like distal end portion 31 fitted to the distal end of the housing; a pair of lower retaining portions 32A or the like each having a front end connected to the distal end portion, and extending rearward along an outer surface of a lower half side of the housing with a space through which the housing does not come off in its radial direction; one upper retaining portion 34 having a front end connected to the distal end portion and extending rearward along an outer surface of an upper half side of the housing with a space through which the housing does not come off between the lower retaining portions and itself; a hook portion 33 extended to rear ends of the lower retaining portions and/or the upper retaining portion and projecting to the rear side of the housing; and connecting members 35A1, 35B1 to connect the lower retaining portion and the upper retaining portions to one another on the rear surface of the housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
