<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive flame-retardant polymer member which can impart thermal conductivity, flexibility and high flame retardancy to an adherend and enables the adherend to be flame-retardant. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally conductive flame-retardant polymer member contains a polymer layer B, a flame-retardant layer A and a thermally conductive layer L. The flame-retardant layer A contains a layered inorganic compound in a polymer and the thermally conductive layer L contains a thermally conductive substance.
