<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create recommendations over many products and service domains. <P>SOLUTION: A system includes a plurality of domain servers which handle user events and interface with users through the Internet, a DB which stores the user events, and a recommendation engine. The recommendation engine has one or more computer programs including instructions for gathering user events in the DB over a plurality of products or service domains, receiving a trigger event for a recommendation, analyzing the user events to formularize correlation between user events in the DB, and creating recommendations based upon the correlation between the user events in the DB in response to the trigger event. In this disclosure, user input data from different domains are used, and recommendations are created for any of those domains.
