<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform the assignment of a person in charge in order to avoid a high load state by considering a regular event or vacation in the case of creating the process management table of a project. <P>SOLUTION: The number of days when the assignment of a project to a task is not possible in the display object months (for example, February to April in 2011) of a display candidate (for example, a person B in charge) is calculated as the number of non-operation days. The number of non-operation days is calculated from a personal schedule. The number of days calculated by subtracting the number of non-operation days from the full number of days of the display object months is calculated as the number of actual operation days (the number of days when the assignment of the project to the task is possible). The breakdown of the number of actual operation days and the number of non-operation days of the display candidate is displayed per display object month.
