<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive mechanism capable of achieving a compact configuration by increasing a permissible load that can be transferred between an arm member and a cylindrical frame. <P>SOLUTION: The drive mechanism includes a cylindrical frame 2 which is rotatably provided at a predetermined position of a case and contains an engagement part 21 at required points, and an arm member 1 which causes an action part 12 to engage with the engagement part 21 of the cylindrical frame 2, for transmission of motive energy to the cylindrical frame 2.
