In a touch panel device of the present invention which is provided with a touch panel (11), flexible piezoelectric elements (12) disposed upon the touch panel (11), and a plurality of supporting members (13a to 13f) for supporting an anchorage (14) so that the touch panel (11) is capable of flexure vibration, more of the supporting members (13a to 13f) are disposed in a direction which is perpendicular to the stretching direction of the piezoelectric elements (12) compared to the stretching direction of the piezoelectric elements (12) so that the direction of deflection caused by depressing of the touch panel (11) matches the direction of flexure caused by stretching of the piezoelectric elements (12).
