The invention relates to the use of high-capacity oil screw presses as a technological drying means by effectively using the heat given off during the application of mechanical energy in the process of the industrial processing of raw products. The raw material at the outlet from the screw press with a moisture content of 14-15%, which can be reduced to 10-12% by further drying if necessary, and a temperature of 110-115°C, is suitable for immediate use in a production line with granulators, for example, for producing granules (pellets). The technical result includes saving energy and making it possible to replace cumbersome specialized drying equipment.
