<p>A rolling bearing device that can suppress heat generation and speed up a bearing by exhausting bearing oil to outside the bearing without leaving the oil inside the bearing during the operation is provided with the use of a cylindrical roller bearing having a flange on an outer ring side. The rolling bearing device includes: a cylindrical roller bearing (1) that has a plurality of cylindrical rollers (6) held by a retainer (7) between raceway surfaces (5a) and (2a) of an outer ring (2) and an inner ring (5); and a nozzle member (3) that is provided adjacent to the outer ring (2) and discharges air oil into the bearing. The outer ring (2) includes an outer ring main part (8) having the raceway surface (2a) and a pair of flange rings (9) and (9) having flange portions (9a) and (9a) located on both sides of the outer ring main part (8) across the axial direction. An annular space (d) which leads from a corner of both edges of a raceway surface (8a) of the outer ring main part (8) and a base end of the flange portion (9a) of the flange ring (9) through to the outer periphery of the outer ring (2) is provided between the outer ring main part (8) and the flange ring (9).</p>
