<p>A support structure of a long-distance screw conveying apparatus comprises end seats (3), frame bars (5), a frame bar seat, bearing seat boards (2), intermediary components (14), pads (1), and a conveying tube (6). The conveying tube (6) is disposed between the two end seats (3). The frame bars (5) are symmetrically disposed between the two end seats (3) wrapping the holding tube (6) in place. The frame bar seat is also disposed between the two end seats (3). The frame bar seat connects the conveying tube (6) and the frame bars (5), thereby forming one integral structure. The two bearing seat boards (2) are disposed outside of the two end seats (3). The two elastic intermediary components (14) are disposed between each end seat (3) and each corresponding bearing seat board (2), thereby forming the support structure of the long-distance screw conveying apparatus. The structure allows force to be transferred by means of the two end seats (3) and be borne by the frame bars (5), thereby reducing the deformation of the conveying tube (6) and enhancing the overall strength of the long-distance screw conveying apparatus.</p> |
