<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic paste that has a high magnetic permeability and can obtain a substrate having a high flexural strength, and to provide a high performance electronic component having a high strength by using the magnetic paste. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic paste contains a small diameter magnetic sintered powder having a mean particle diameter of 0.5 to 3 μm, a large diameter magnetic sintered powder having a mean particle diameter of 5 to 10 μm, a glass powder and an organic component. Here, the mass ratio of the magnetic sintered powder/glass powder is set in the range of 80/20 to 90/10. Substrates 12, 16, 22, 26 are manufactured by hardening the magnetic paste, electrode patterns 14, 18, 24, 28 are formed on the substrates, and then a laminate 10 of substrates is calcined to obtain a highly strong electronic component having an inductance utilizing high magnetic permeability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
