摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good-looking transparent electrically-conductive base-material including a patterned transparent electrically-conductive layer formed by using an application method, in which a difference between the patterned transparent electrically-conductive layer portion and openings thereof is suppressed, and to provide a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent electrically-conductive base-material includes: a transparent substrate; the patterned transparent electrically-conductive layer and a transparent dielectric layer which are sequentially formed on the transparent substrate by using the application method; and a transparent resin layer formed on them. The transparent substrate has a refractive index of 1.46 to 1.60; the patterned transparent electrically-conductive layer is a fine particle layer of an electrically-conductive-oxide derived from an organic compound A, the fine particle layer being obtained by heat-treating an applied layer of a liquid mainly consisting of the organic compound A and having a refractive index of 1.60 to 1.75 and a film thickness of 100 to 200 nm; the transparent dielectric layer is a fine particle layer of a dielectric oxide derived from an organic compound B, the fine particle layer being obtained by heat-treating an applied layer of a liquid mainly consisting of the organic compound B and having a refractive index of 1.57 to 1.65 smaller than that of the patterned transparent electrically-conductive layer and a film thickness of 50 to 85 nm; the transparent resin layer has a refractive index of 1.48 to 1.59 smaller than that of the transparent dielectric layer and a film thickness of 5 to 500 &mu;m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
