HONEY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide honey to which L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside is efficiently and effectively added to make the honey contain the L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside so that intake of the honey results in effective ingestion of vitamin C in the human body.

SOLUTION: The honey is obtained by adding L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside after elimination of α-glucosidase and sugar-chain catabolic enzyme via UF (ultra filtration) membrane filtering.
