<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction inspection device for a terminal connection part (lead) and an electrode terminal capable of easily inspecting the junctions of the terminal connection part (lead) and electrode terminal and discriminating rivet crush, insufficient tightening by a screw, and washer warpage. <P>SOLUTION: A junction inspection device for a terminal connection part and an electrode terminal used to inspect a junction 20 composed by fastening a terminal connection part 12 extending from an electrode body to an electrode terminal 6 by a fastening part (head) 16 via a washer 15 comprises: a probe 22 having a fastening part position detection part 30 on which a tabular detection surface 30a on which the fastening part (head) 16 can abut is formed and a washer position detection part 31 which is provided in the outer peripheral edge of the detection surface 30a of the fastening part position detection part 30 and protrudes from the detection surface 30a and an advancing/retreating mechanism which advances or retreats the probe 22 in a direction orthogonal to the detection surface 30a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
