PURPOSE: A fixing device for blood vessel closure is provided to prevent a shape widening of a perforation region by strongly pushing the perforation region of a blood vessel than a main body. CONSTITUTION: A main body(110) is composed of a lower part of a cupola-shape and an upper part of a cylindrical shape. The main body is able to be formed into various materials having elastic force and ductility including rubber, silicon, or synthetic resin etc. A pressing part(120) is formed in the lower side of the main body. A first inhale cavity(130) is formed in the main body according to the circumference of the pressing part. The first inhale cavity is communicated with a second inhale cavity(140). A check valve(150) is installed inside the first inhale cavity. The check valve controls the movement of air by secluding the first inhale cavity.
