<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cell capable of satisfying both of high flexibility and a high gas barrier property. <P>SOLUTION: A battery cell comprises a pair of electrodes, an electrolyte layer disposed between the pair of the electrodes, and a barrier film which is disposed on the opposite side of the electrolyte layer for one electrode of the pair of the electrodes and has one or more thin film layers. A carbon distribution curve of at least one thin film layer satisfies all the following conditions: it is substantially continuous; it has at least one extreme value; and an absolute value of the difference between the maximum value and minimum value of an atomic ratio of a carbon is 5at% or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
