<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel vapor treatment apparatus which has high separation and recovery efficiency of fuel vapor despite using a separating means separating fuel vapor-containing gas into an air component and a fuel component and which efficiently performs desorption and regeneration of a canister. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel vapor treatment apparatus includes a fuel tank 1, the canister 3 adsorbing fuel vapor, an aspirator 4 applying negative pressure to the canister 3 to remove the fuel vapor, and a separation membrane module 5 separating the fuel vapor-containing gas into an air component and a fuel component. When the fuel vapor is separated from inside the canister 3 by the aspirator 4, the fuel vapor-containing gas G<SB POS="POST">1</SB>from the fuel tank 1 is introduced to an introduction chamber 5b, a purge gas G<SB POS="POST">4</SB>from the canister 3 is supplied to an intermediate part of a permeation chamber 5c while the fuel component G<SB POS="POST">3</SB>separated into the permeation chamber 5c is recovered to the fuel tank 1, and a pressure adjusting valve 27 and a concentration sensor 37 are provided between the canister 3 and the permeation chamber 5c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
