<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber sheet manufacturing device which does not require provision of an air blower for removing a cooling liquid adhered to a rubber sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber sheet manufacturing device includes: a first cooling means 18 (a micro mist spraying device 36) for cooling the rubber sheet 12 by spraying a cooling liquid on the rubber sheet 12 extruded by the extruder 14; a weighing machine 26 arranged next to the first cooling means 18 to measure the weight of the rubber sheet 12; and a second cooling means 30 arranged next to the weighing machine 26 to cool the rubber sheet 12 by spraying the cooling liquid on the rubber sheet 12. The particle diameter of the cooling liquid sprayed by the first cooling means 18 is set to be smaller than the particle diameter of the cooling liquid sprayed by the second cooling means 30 so that the cooling liquid adhered to the rubber sheet 12 in the first cooling means 18 is vaporized by the time when the rubber sheet 12 is transported to the weighing machine 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
