摘要 <p>A microorganism number measurement device includes: a measurement container (1) including a measurement liquid (2); a rotary driving unit (16); a harvest signal generation unit (4); and a measurement signal generation unit (5). The microorganism number measurement device further includes: an output amplifier (7) for amplifying output from the measurement signal generation unit (5) and output from the harvest signal generation unit (4); an I/V amplifier (8); and an impedance measurement unit (10) for measuring the impedance of the measurement liquid (2). In addition, the microorganism number measurement device includes: a microorganism number calculating unit (13) for calculating the number of microorganism in the measurement liquid (2); a solution conductivity calculating unit (14) for calculating the conductivity of the measurement liquid (2); and a warm-up unit (22) for warming up at least one of the I/V amplifier (8) and the output amplifier (7). The warm-up unit (22) calculates a warm-up signal on the basis of the conductivity calculated by the solution conductivity calculating unit (14). The warm-up unit (22) uses the measured solution conductivity to calculate a warm-up signal having as high a current as a current flowing through a measurement electrode (3), and applies the warm-up signal to at least one of the I/V amplifier (8) and the output amplifier (7).</p>
