The hinge (1) has supporting elements (2, 4) fastened to a fixed component e.g. body, and a pivotable component e.g. door, respectively. First and second pivotable elements (6, 10) are connected with one of supporting elements by a pair of joint connections (14a, 14c). Third and fourth pivotable elements (8, 12) are connected with another supporting element by another pair of joint connections (14b, 14d). The pivotable elements are designed as a bracket. The first element is connected the fourth element, where installation depth of the hinge lies between 35 and 45 mm in a pivotable condition.
