<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce current consumption to a large degree by supplying a bias current having a dependence on an operation frequency of an amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: A DLL circuit 2 creates, based on an input clock signal CK, a control voltage VCNTL having a proportional relation with a frequency of the clock signal CK. A translinear circuit 3 creates, based on the control voltage VCNTL created by the DLL circuit 2, a current related to the square of the frequency of the clock signal CK. A current mirror circuit 5 creates a current for an amplifier from the current created by the translinear circuit 3 and supplies the created current to the amplifier 4 as a tail current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
