<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module which allows accurate assembling even with no adjustment, without using a lens of a complex shape (structure). <P>SOLUTION: A camera module (10) includes a holder (18), a lens (16) contained in the holder, and an imaging device (14) including an imaging surface (14a). The holder (18) includes a lens attachment surface (16b) to which the lens (16) is attached and which performs positioning of the lens (16) in an optical axis (O) direction, and plural legs (188) which are in contact with the imaging device (14).
