The present invention discloses a full-digital loudspeaker device based on multi-bit ?-? modulation. The device includes an A/D converter, an interpolation filter, a ?-? modulator, a dynamic mismatching shaper, a buffer and a loudspeaker array. The present invention enables the full digitization of a whole audio transmission link by using a multi-bit ?-? modulation technique and reduces the hardware production cost and complexity of a loudspeaker system effectively, the present invention is convenient to enable the system integration and reduces system volume and power consumption, and the present invention has a better local sound field control ability and provides a better implementation manner for the private transmission of voices.
