<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical conduction mechanism, in which dust or the like is prevented from adhering to the inside of an electrical conduction portion body and thereby electrical conduction efficiency cannot be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The mechanism includes: the electrical conduction portion body 11, in the center of which a first through-hole 12, into which a shaft 22 is inserted, is formed and a second through-hole 13 in communication with the first through-hole is formed in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the first through-hole is formed; and an electrical-conduction element 15 which is arranged in the second through-hole. The electrical-conduction element is composed by including: an electrical-conduction chip 16 which is abutted on the shaft; and a coil spring 17 which energizes the electrical-conduction chip in the direction of the shaft.
