<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of achieving cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The display device comprises: first light-emitting display means 100 for forming a first light-emitting display image 150 by lighting of a light source L3; second light-emitting display means 200 which is arranged at a position nearer to an observer P than the first light-emitting display means 100 so as not to interrupt the first light-emitting display means 100 and forms a second light-emitting display image 240; and a transmission type reflector panel 400 which transmits the first light-emitting display image 150 to a side of the observer P and reflects the second light-emitting display image 240 to the side of the observer P. A circuit board 300, on which a drive control circuit for driving the first light-emitting display means 100 and the second light-emitting display means 200 is mounted, is provided to the second light-emitting display means 200 at a side opposite to the transmission type reflector panel 400.
