PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively supply decorative paper which is stuck to a woody base material and gives moisture resistance, while making a moisture transmission degree into zero or a level very near to zero, and to facilitate abandonment of the decorative plate which is obtained by sticking this.

SOLUTION: There is provided the decorative paper 1 which is stuck on a woody base material 2 and composes a decorative plate P. An aluminum vapor deposition film 1c is laminated by directly inserting one or two or more intermediate layers 1b to a rear side of the tissue paper 1a which makes the surface into a design surface 1a'.
