A method, a device and a system for prompting a fixed-point service are provided. Among others, a method for prompting a fixed-point service includes: a mobility management network element receiving a first message from an access network element, the first message carrying the identification of a user equipment (UE); acquiring the service identification of at least one fixed-point service corresponding to the location of the UE; determining whether there is a need for performing a fixed-point service prompt to the UE based on a strategy for prompting fixed-point service; if it being determined that there is a need for performing fixed-point prompt to the UE, then sending to a short message pushing device a triggering prompt message carrying the identification of the UE and the service identification of the fixed-point service which needs to be prompted, so as to trigger the short message pushing device to send a fixed-point service prompt message to the UE; or sending to an application server corresponding to the fixed-point service which needs to be prompted a triggering prompt message carrying the identification of the UE, so as to trigger the application server to send the fixed-point service prompt message to the UE. The embodiments of the present invention provide solutions, which facilitate improving the utilization rate of the fixed-point service. |
