METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED ARTICLE OF FOAMED POLYOLEFIN RESIN PARTICLE AND FOAMED POLYOLEFIN RESIN PARTICLE FOR IN-MOLD MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molded article of foamed polyolefin resin particles giving the molded article of the foamed polyolefin resin particle having good fusibility without using a particular washing step or using a large amount of washing water or increasing steam pressure in the in-mold molding, and to provide the foamed polyolefin resin particles for the production method.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the molded article of the foamed polyolefin resin particles comprises filling of the foamed polyolefin resin particles in a mold and heating with steam to mutually fuse the foamed particles, wherein the foamed polyolefin resin particle is obtained by attaching an anionic surfactant to the surface of a foamed polyolefin resin particle attached with a dispersant.
