PURPOSE: A device for keeping food is provided to always maintain the non-standardized food of deposit box of a dining room as not insufficient. CONSTITUTION: A device for keeping food includes a housing(100), a measuring unit, a front surface unit(300), and a control unit. The housing can keep the food and accepts the kept food. The measuring unit is included in the housing and can measure the weight of the kept food inside the housing. The front surface unit is included in the housing and includes a display unit capable of displaying data measured from an input unit and measuring unit for setting unit weight of food or kept temperature of the food. The control unit calculates the number of food according to the total weight of food measure from a measuring unit and displays the result.
