PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery excellent in output/input characteristics.

SOLUTION: The electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises a collector and an electrode active material layer which includes an active material and is formed in at least a part of the collector. The electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is kept in air for an hour under 150 degrees Celsius and air pressure of 1 Torr, then kept for 10 minutes under 25 degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 60%RH as well as air pressure of 760 Torr. Moisture content of such electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is measured using a Karl Fischer method, and moisture content ratio which is calculated by dividing the moisture content by weight of the electrode active material layer of the electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is between 0.15% to 1.0%. Therefore, the electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery excellent in output/input characteristics is obtained.
