<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the lifetime of a scribing wheel having grooves formed along a circumferential ridgeline. <P>SOLUTION: A V-shaped blade edge 13 is formed along the circumference of the scribing wheel. Fine channel-shaped grooves 14 are formed at constant intervals in a circumferential part which serves as the blade edge 13. Projections are formed between the grooves 14. Drawing tangents at intersections of a groove and projections and at positions closest to the intersections, the angle α of tangent intersection that the tangents at both ends contain is 90-135°. Consequently, chipping of the blade edge is reduced when scribing using the scribing wheel is performed to prolong the lifetime. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
