<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding detecting device which detects grounding of a positive electrode bus bar or a negative electrode bus bar. <P>SOLUTION: A grounding detecting device 100 includes: a first switch circuit 82 for performing connection/disconnection of a first path between a positive electrode bus bar 1 connected to a positive electrode side of secondary battery sections 30a, 30b and 30c and a ground potential position; a second switch circuit 84 for performing connection/disconnection of a second path between a negative electrode bus bar 2 connected to a negative electrode side of the secondary battery sections 30a, 30b and 30c and the ground potential position; and a grounding detecting section 90 for detecting grounding of the positive electrode bus bar 1 or the negative electrode bus bar 2 based on the current of the first path or the second path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
