<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water heating apparatus that is configured to prevent a pipe connector body from coming into contact with a bottom wall of an exterior casing, and that has a pipe connector structure that prevents dew condensation from forming on the surface of the exterior casing. <P>SOLUTION: The hot-water heating apparatus circulates the cold/hot water that has been heat-exchanged by a heat-exchanging unit 20, through a heat radiator 30 to perform cooling and heating. In the hot-water heating apparatus, the pipe connectors 3 for connecting to a pipe line 5 on the heat-exchanging unit 20 side and to a pipe line 6 on the heat radiator 30 side, are disposed so as not to come into contact with the bottom wall 2A of the exterior casing of the heat-exchanging unit 20.
