<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a grease container capable of reliably supplying base oil of grease by using a capillary phenomenon and reducing manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device with a grease container includes a grease container 2 mounted within a bearing space at a fixed position relative to an outer race 3 and storing grease therein. The grease container 2 is provided with an annular spacing forming piece 12 extending in an axial direction, having a distal end 12a facing an inner circumferential surface part 8 adjacent to a raceway surface 3a of the outer race 3, and forming a spacing δ2 for oozing base oil of the grease in the grease container 2 between the annular spacing forming piece and the inner circumferential surface part 8. The facing surface of the spacing forming piece 12 opposite the inner circumferential surface part 8 of the outer race 3 is provided with fitting protrusions 12ba in contact with the inner circumferential surface part 8 at a plurality of positions in a circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
