<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel silk fibroin porous body having a layer structure in which two layers whose pore states are different from each other are laminated; and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The silk fibroin porous body contains a silk fibroin, and has a film layer having no pores only on one surface of a porous layer. The method for manufacturing the silk fibroin porous body includes in order the steps of freezing a silk fibroin solution in which an additive is added to a silk fibroin aqueous solution, thawing the frozen solution, and cutting the thawed solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
